⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are processed manually after submission. Normal processing takes approximately 1-30 minutes. Heavy order volume may cause delays of more than one hour. Daily service hours are 08:00-22:00 China time.

🚫 Accounts You Must Not Submit

Do not submit an account that currently has an active Plus, Team, or Pro subscription. If the account previously obtained Pro or Plus through an abnormal promotion, zero-cost method, Google in-app purchase, or another suspicious low-price channel, do not submit it. Doing so may cause the subscription to disappear or trigger fraud warnings. Use a different account.

This service is only for full-price GPT Pro/Plus subscription purchases. Read the following terms before using the service.

📌 01 Subscription Purchase Terms

Full-price GPT Pro/Plus subscription purchases made through this service are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our platform or service.

⚠️ 02 Prohibited Activity

Refunds are not provided for problems caused by customer violations, including email fraud, network abuse, or violations of platform terms. Follow the applicable rules to protect your account and subscription.

🔒 03 Suspension, KYC, and Phone Verification

If the service cannot be used because the customer's account is suspended, fails KYC verification, requires phone binding, or has its subscription manually canceled, the customer is responsible for resolving the issue and no refund is provided.

💬 04 Official Refund Handling

If a subscription disappears, the customer must contact official OpenAI ChatGPT Support. Official support decides whether a refund is available. We do not guarantee or submit the refund on the customer's behalf.

💰 05 Refund Fee

If a refund is received, a 20% handling fee is deducted. The remaining amount is refunded based on the actual case.

📝 Account Information Required

Provide the account that requires the GPT Pro/Plus subscription. For an account without an existing plan, submit its Token or Cookie to us in TXT format.
